WHAT CHRISTENDOM IS

The name, "Christian" was given to followers of Christ in Antioch - Acts 11 verse 26. The name means Christ-like; those who behave like Jesus Christ. This was because of the way they carried out their everyday life. This indicates that christians has a peculiar way of life.

Lets delve into what christendom is.

Christendom is a way of life that exhibits gracious virtues. It is a way of life that brings a whole lots of advantages with it when lived as directed. "unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God" - 1Corithians 6 vs 9. It is a virtuous way of life that when lived as directed will eliminate all the ills in the society today and bring about the peace we all clamour for.

Christendom is holiness. "Without holiness, no eyes shall see God" - Hebrews 12 verse 14. Holiness is a life of purity in all ramification of life and living. It is the duty of every Christian to strive toward holiness; purity to be close to God at all times. There is no provision of my truth here. Jesus is the only Truth. Christians are enjoined to keep looking unto Jesus; the Author and Finisher of our (christian) faith - Hebrews 12 verse 2. By this statement, no pope, bishop, pastor, father, etc should be looked unto. We all are striving to attain this holiness. However, they can mentor along the Word of God so, equip yourself with knowledge of the Word.

Christendom has no room for non-matrimonial sexual experiments. "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination .... they shall surely be put to death; there blood upon them - Leviticus 18 vs 22; 20 vs 13. There is no room for homosexuality in christendom. Any church that practise it, is an anti-Christ church; just a named building; Holy Spirit has far departed from them (Jeremiah 7 verse 1-15; Ezekiel 11 verse 23). They are hiding under the canopy of "church" to perpetuate evil. The government should probe them for greater evil/hidden crime. Premarital sex is vehemently discouraged, " Flee sexual immorality ... sexually immoral person sins against his own body or don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit ..." -1 Corinthians 6 vs 18 - 20. Therefore, there is no holy sperm anywhere, no sex in exchange of eternity programme, no room for sex between/among unmarried couple no matter the excuse. The book of Leviticus 18 verses 1-25 is explicit on the sexual atrocities christendom is against if you desire to be in good relationship with God.

Chistendom is not poverty. " and you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, thet He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers," ... - Deuteronomy 8 verse 18. It is said here, "He gives You power" meaning to everyone who come unto Him; not your pastor, father, church leaders, etc alone. Again, He who gives power to get wealth never intend you remain poor even unto abjectness.
